ProVisist Poland: Warsaw

From 8–11 December 2025, the ProVisit Poland programme took place in Warsaw, bringing together a ten-member delegation of Czech music professionals alongside a Bulgarian delegation organised by the Bulgarian Music Association. Over several intensive, pre-Christmas days, participants gained first-hand insight into the Polish music market and had the opportunity to build new professional connections in an international context.

The programme ran from morning to evening and combined expert presentations, panel discussions, and dedicated networking opportunities with Polish music professionals. The delegations met representatives of labels, media, promoters, and other key players of the local scene, opening discussions on the structure of the recording market, export strategies, genre-specific dynamics, and current challenges within the Polish music ecosystem.

A major added value of the programme was its intimate format, which allowed for in-depth discussions and concrete exchanges focused on practice, experience, and future collaboration. The intensity of the programme was further enhanced by the atmosphere of wintertime, pre-holiday Warsaw, creating a concentrated space for work, exchange, and informal networking.

ProVisit Poland once again confirmed that targeted delegation missions are a meaningful tool for Czech music professionals—helping them better navigate foreign markets, build long-term relationships, and open new opportunities for Czech–Polish cooperation. The experiences and contacts gained in Warsaw provide a concrete foundation for further joint activities in the field of music and cultural industries.
