Passionate for art, music, festivals & events, Dijana Lakus started as a artist manager and booking agent turning into promoter (Bob Dylan, QOTSA, Manic Street Preachers, Conor Oberst, Beatsteaks, Enter Shikari…), project manager, pr & event manager. Last years majorly involved in festivals from Outlook, Dimensions & Seasplash in Croatia to Glastonbury to Secret Garden Party in UK. Her newest involvement is art festival DEV9T in Serbia. Also works as consultant and teaches art management at universities & music schools all over Europe. Active member of International Music Managers Forum.

Tersha is a Goldsmith’s College Graduate with a background in private equity, financial services and fashion. She’s been named on the AIM Altpower100 Music List & has been a speaker at SXSW, BBC Introducing Live, MIL & AIM Connected. She has been featured on the BBC and C4 as well as in Wallpaper Magazine, Vox and MusicAlly for her progressive views on merchandise and her uniquely artist focused work. Tersha is an Advocate for Women in Music, Female Founders and Sustainability. She serves on advisory boards to drive change in those areas in both the UK and US.
