PETR BLAŽEK (420 Production, My Se Ozvem)

Sound engineer, producer, publisher, founder and owner of 420 Production and My Se Ozvem agencies, and last but not least, chairman of the Music Managers Forum Czech Republic (MMF CR), an industry association of managers, booking agents and self-managers. He is also a member of the board of the Czech Music Community (ČOH) and the dramaturgy board of the SoundCzech export agency. He has been active on the music scene for over 20 years and as a music manager he has worked with top artists in world music, electronic, pop and beatbox. He has been instrumental in the success of Myda Rabycad, with whom he has toured 20 countries on 4 continents. He and his team take the same care with his contemporary artists such as the increasingly respected Noisy Pots, producers Lazer Viking and badfocus, singer Tonya Graves and others you can find in the artists section.

Matěj Burda is a Czech singer, musician and composer. As an executive manager, Matěj leads the publishers' association PLATFORMA of Czech non-profit producers of sound recordings, z.s., which represents Czech independent producers and distributors of sound recordings, promoting their interests in the field of collective management, music distribution, copyright or financing options.


JIŘÍ BURIAN (producer)

Jiří Burian is a versatile music producer and composer from Prague. His productions have accumulated over 70 million views on YouTube. He has composed or produced over 30 albums of various musical styles. In 2007, Burian created the character of Captain Demo - his comedy-rap alter ego - which soon became a Czech phenomenon and received over 9 nominations at the Anděl Awards. In 2011, his indie-folk project Republic of Two won the Anděl Award. He has written songs and produced albums for several leading Czech artists, most of which have reached the Top 10 and been played on Czech commercial radio. He has also composed music for TV commercials, TV shows and films.

I launched it in 2020 with Music Moves Europe funding, first in four countries with 5 partner-venues, and it’s running since, now with 19 venues involved from 6 countries of the region. Our goal is to keep music alive by supporting and cooperating with each other, sharing knowledge, achieving a high standard of quality and supporting emerging artists’ mobility in the region, because music is the oxygen in our blood.

A Latvia-based German-Italian from Ranco, Italy, Mark has been working internationally since 1998, spending more than 10 years on the African continent. Involved in numerous projects between hospitality and events, he worked with both underground and top-tier artists and venues. He continues to book artists, produces events and cooperates with partners such as In Place Of War, Tallinn Music Week, Sicily Music Conference, Lona Musik and on the production of artistic residencies in Latvia, Sicily and Portugal. With a strong belief in the power of cooperation, one of his current projects is Cindy & Kate, a collaborative and trust-based informal
network that brings together independent Baltic promoters, cultural spaces and artists.

Matěj Fišer has created posts with a million-dollar reach and has been navigating social networks for many years, during which he has gained experience with commercial, non-profit, cultural and political entities. He has posted photos of lollipops at Chupa Chups, environmental posts in collaboration with Greenpeace, and consulted for MEPs on social media. In the cultural sphere, he has been responsible for the online marketing of the Palác Akropolis music programme for over 4 years and has helped Aneta Langerová, the band Zrní, Cocotte Minute and others with their promos. With Greenpeace he won the Phoenix Content Marketing award for the best Facebook campaign. He believes in marketing for a better world (and better sales).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and theatre production at DAMU. He has worked as a producer for several Prague theatres and international projects. He has also worked at the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic and is currently an in-house lawyer for the collective administrator INTERGRAM, where among other things he oversees the implementation of AI in work processes and prepares popular educational blogs on AI in music and audiovisual. He is also a PhD student at the Centre for Intellectual Property Law, Faculty of Law, UK, where he is involved in international research projects; the topic of his PhD thesis is international aspects of copyright law.


JOSEF KAŠPAR (Center of Culture of Písek, Open Air Music Fest Přeštěnice)

Josef Kašpar is a musician and artist. In 2001, he founded the multi-genre festival Open Air Music Fest Přeštěnice, for which he has been preparing the programme until now. Since 2015 he has been working as the director of the Centre of Culture of Písek. He is involved in the dramaturgy and production of Dotkni se Písku, Jazz In Písek and Filmový Písek.

Graduate of Film & Television at the University of Glasgow, Marketing Communications at VŠPP and Production Team Studies at FAMU International. He is a music producer and composer. He creates music for theatre productions, exhibitions and performances. With his projects Lowmoe and Sequoye he promotes electronic music in the Czech Republic and abroad. Currently he is PR and communication manager at INTERGRAM, where he makes sure that musicians are aware of the legal nature of their activities. Lately he has been exploring where the hype of artificial intelligence begins and ends.

Martin Kudla works at the largest Czech independent music label SUPRAPHON as deputy director and producer. He studied Theory and History of Music Art at Palacký University and is also active as a performer in the bands Thom Artway (since 2018) and previously No Distance Paradise (2008-18). He regularly participates in music conferences and festivals such as Musexpo (USA), Eurosonic Noordeslag (NL), Sandbox Summit (UK), Musikmesse Frankfurt (DE) etc.


TOMÁŠ PALETA (manager of Lenka Dusilová or Poletíme?, My Se Ozvem agency)

He has been working professionally in the music world since 2005. As a former member of the band Už jsme doma (he plays drums) he has played about 540 concerts in 20 countries on 3 continents. He started in the Alternative Music Production agency, which represented bands such as Visací Zámek, Psí vojáci, Už jsme doma, Plastic People and many others. In 2011 he founded his own agency APPLAUSE booking, which represented bands Poletíme?, Lenka Dusilová, -123min. and others. He is behind the success of the band Zrní, which he managed to promote to the respected alternative top. Tomas is also a producer who for 5 years ran a unique music fair organized by – Festiwall. He also occasionally acts as a stagemanager.

Marcel Palovcik is owner of the Barrák music club in Ostrava. He has been on the music scene for 15 years, during which time he has organized or co-organized several hundred concerts and festivals of various genres, from pop to rap to extreme metal. The Barrák club is similarly multi-genre, where the emphasis is not on genre, but primarily on the quality of production.


GABRIELA PÁNKOVÁ (manager of Wohnout)

PAM RABBIT (artist)

Pam Rabbit is a Czech singer and songwriter with Armenian roots who has no problem creating in both Czech and English with her own ease and humour. She came to public attention not only with her participation in the national Eurovision round, but also with her distinctive and original music, which brings a fresh wind to Czech pop music. She proved this not only on her debut EP Mom, I'm Lost, with which she was shortlisted for the prestigious Anděl Music Awards.


OLEG ROZOV (Director, Eastern Europe & CE Asia for The Orchard)

Oleg oversees The Orchard's client needs in the region and manages sales and strategic marketing. He is also responsible for securing new business in the territory. He joined the company in 2014 as a manager and has worked his way up to his current position. Oleg has over a decade of experience in the music industry, starting his career at MTV in the early 2000s, then moving into festival and club bookings, and spending the years before founding Orchard working in music streaming.

Singer, record producer and beatmaker performing under the pseudonym Petrofski, whose domain is a combination of retro aesthetics with a modern electronic-dance sound and melodic songs. He is the Head of Digital at SUPRAPHON, the largest Czech music label, where he is responsible for the strategic development of the digital department and its management. Previously, he worked as a media analyst in the sales and licensing department of INTERGRAM. His life intersects everything around music and its creation, pop culture & technology.


BARBORA SIKOROVÁ (Kabinet Records, Indies Records)

Barbora Sikorová has been working in culture since 2015 and is the label manager of two Czech music labels – Kabinet Records and Indies Records. She started on small DIY projects (promotion, label) and got some experience in Mengi venue (Reykjavík, Iceland, 2017). She has been a fundraiser for venue Kabinet MÚZ (Brno, CZ) since 2017, label manager (Kabinet records) and part of venue production since 2020 and label/distribution manager for Indies Records since 2023. She works mainly on the alternative scene and cooperates with some Czech media and festivals. Since 2023 she's cooperating with Adéla Petříčková on new projects and grants possibilities in culture and education.

Since his university studies he has been actively involved in promotion. He is the owner of a chain of hostels and the Fléda music club, which under his leadership has become one of the most prominent clubs in the Central European region. It has hosted a plethora of international performers, while still trying to maintain its independent spirit. Lukáš is also a member of the board of BACH - Brno Association of Music Clubs. After the pandemic, he and his team started working on new projects to expand the Fléda community: a gallery, a listening cocktail bar and a club focused on electronic music, which are now opening.


DUŠAN SVÍBA (Earth Music, Colour Meeting Festival)

Dušan is a booking agent and manager at the Earth Music agency (since 2002), artistic director of the Colour Meeting festival (since 2001) and promoter of the Earth Music Concerts concert series in Prague. Artists he represents include Dubioza Collective, Cash Savage & The Last Drinks, Jambo Agusevi Orkestar, Invisible World, Omer Klein, Tim Eriksen, Terne Chhave, Frankie & The Deadbeats, David Pomahač, Ilaey and others. He is a member of the grant commission of the Czech Music Council, he participated in the establishment of the pro-export office SoundCzech, of which he was a member of the dramaturgical board for several years, and he is one of the founding members of the Music Managers Forum CR and the Czech Community of Music (ČOH).

He studied Management in Culture at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University Brno.


KATEŘINA ŽBIRKOVÁ (manager of Lenny)

She was born in 1967 in Prague , where she also graduated from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics. She was engaged in management and production activities related to her husband's work. She owns the company Miro Agency, which has been involved in the organization of major concerts in the O2 Arena, O2 Universe, the production of Meky Žbirka's talk show Doupě for CT Art and also in the realization of several albums by Miro Žbirka, including the last award-winning album Posledné veci. She also prepared a major retrospective exhibition, Years and Days at the National Museum, which moved to the Slovak National Museum in Bratislava. She is currently working as a personal manager of the singer Lenny.
