In 2011 he founded his own agency APPLAUSE booking, which represented bands Poletíme?, Lenka Dusilová, -123min. and others. He is behind the success of the band Zrní, which he managed to promote to the respected alternative top. Tomas is also a producer who for 5 years ran a unique music fair organized by Kytary.cz – Festiwall. He also occasionally acts as a stagemanager.
MARCEL PALOVČÍK (Barrák)

Marcel Palovcik is owner of the Barrák music club in Ostrava. BARBORA SIKOROVÁ (Kabinet Records, Indies Records)

(EN)Barbora Sikorová has been working in culture since 2015 and is the label manager of two Czech music labels – Kabinet Records and Indies Records. She has been a fundraiser for venue Kabinet MÚZ (Brno, CZ) since 2017, label manager (Kabinet records) and part of venue production since 2020 and label/distribution manager for Indies Records since 2023. She works mainly on the alternative scene and cooperates with some Czech media and festivals. Since 2023 she's cooperating with Adéla Petříčková on new projects and grants possibilities in culture and education.
LUKÁŠ STARA (Fléda)

Since his university studies he has been actively involved in promotion. He is the owner of a chain of hostels and the Fléda music club, which under his leadership has become one of the most prominent clubs in the Central European region. It has hosted a plethora of international performers, while still trying to maintain its independent spirit. Lukáš is also a member of the board of BACH - Brno Association of Music Clubs. After the pandemic, he and his team started working on new projects to expand the Fléda community: a gallery, a listening cocktail bar and a club focused on electronic music, which are now opening.

She was born in 1967 in Prague , where she also graduated from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics. She was engaged in management and production activities related to her husband's work. She owns the company Miro Agency, which has been involved in the organization of major concerts in the O2 Arena, O2 Universe, the production of Meky Žbirka's talk show Doupě for CT Art and also in the realization of several albums by Miro Žbirka, including the last award-winning album Posledné veci. She also prepared a major retrospective exhibition, Years and Days at the National Museum, which moved to the Slovak National Museum in Bratislava. She is currently working as a personal manager of the singer Lenny.
