Alongside the concert programme, this year’s key focus was networking and personal meetings across the region. Informal gatherings, new connections and closer ties with the Central European scene were among the most valuable outcomes of the event. Several Czech representatives also took part in professional panels and discussions.
On Thursday, two supported Czech acts – Ida The Young and Klara Wodehn – performed as part of the festival’s international line-up. Their shows were included in a broader programme that annually connects emerging music projects with industry professionals.
MENT once again proved to be a space for meeting and exchange, where the Czech scene was a natural part of the wider regional conversation.
