German–Czech Songday: Creativity Without Borders

Music knows no borders — and this November, Czech and Saxon artists will come together to prove it. The one-day German–Czech Songday, organised within the KG[O] Academy, invites songwriters, musicians, and producers from both countries to collaborate in mixed small groups and create new ideas, hooks, and melodies.

Participants can look forward to a full day of focused songwriting sessions, international idea exchange, practical skill development, and networking within the ongoing German–Czech music dialogue. The Songday is part of the long-term exchange project Nerudny fest × KONSUMGUT[OST] and takes place at Bandbüro Chemnitz / KG[O] Academy.

When: Saturday, 15 November 2025 (optional networking dinner on Friday)
Where: Bandbüro Chemnitz e.V. / KG[O] Academy
Cost: €99 only if accommodation is required (meals included)
