For the first time, SoundCzech took part in the event with a delegation representing artists, festivals, clubs, and managements. This debut in the Balkan region marks an important first step towards long-term collaboration and stronger connections between the Czech music scene and local industry players.
As part of the program, SoundCzech also hosted a reception at SODA Bar, serving as a friendly warm-up before the evening showcase concerts – complete with a short introduction to Czech music, a relaxed atmosphere, drinks, snacks, and fresh musical inspirations.
The conference offered a rich program of panel discussions, workshops, networking formats, speed meetings, and “Pitch Your Music” sessions, while the festival featured over 50 live performances across the city of Sofia.
SoundCzech’s participation brought new contacts, inspiration, and opportunities for further connecting the Czech and Balkan music scenes.
