A unique songwriting camp K-pop Connection is coming to the Czech Republic, bringing together creators from Europe and Korea.
The project is coordinated by Song Asia in collaboration with Music Export Finland, SoundCzech, and Songwriting CZ, with the support of the European Union under the LiveMX programme.
From 1 to 5 November, producers and songwriters from South Korea, Finland, the Czech Republic, and other EU countries will gather in Prague. They will share the know-how of established K-pop producers while exploring ways to add fresh European elements to this global phenomenon.
The results of the five-day camp will be premiered during Prague Music Week – both through exclusive listening sessions and as part of a mentoring panel focused on the depth and structure of K-pop songs.
Who can apply?
The camp is open to 20–25 professional composers and producers from Korea and Europe with proven success at home or abroad. Applications are accepted until September 1.
