SoundCzech at the First Edition of Music Week Poland

The very first edition of Music Week Poland is behind us – and we’re truly glad we could be there from the beginning. We believe this brand-new showcase festival has the potential to grow into a major international event, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to be part of its very first steps.

As SoundCzech, we hosted our own reception and B2B meeting, bringing together Czech and Polish music professionals, along with other international delegates. We managed to establish new connections – including with agencies like Toothfairy – and strengthen cooperation across the Central European scene.

We also took part in the conference and concert programme. One of the most valuable experiences was a panel focused on legal frameworks and contract negotiations in the music industry, with experts from Poland, the US, and the UK sharing their insights.

Czech music was proudly represented by Red Zed and Bratři – two distinctive but powerful voices of the Czech scene. Their performances brought great energy to the programme and showcased the diversity and quality of music coming out of the Czech Republic. Huge thanks to both acts for representing Czech music on an international stage!

We’re looking forward to what’s next and to continuing our collaboration with Music Week Poland in the years to come.
