The smokey atmosphere of hopelessness, devoured by the insane fits of the saxophonist, is a primary weapon of Prague-based quintet Vellocet Roll. Post-punk marked by a motorical repetition provides the martyred vocal of František Převorovský the strength and intensity in expressing the inner pains and sufferings. Their record A Man Asleep (2019) is one of the most notorious records of the Czech alternative scene.
